Six Sigma Certification

Six Sigma certification provides a very rigorous week of training. Starting at 8:30 AM every morning, Monday thru Friday, students have lunch delivered to the classroom every day (working through lunch), and finish the classroom training at 5:00PM - then they go back to the hotel to do their homework. Those who attend Six Sigma certification find the effort well worth the time invested, because in just one week they receive Green Belt, and Black Belt Certifications from the world famous "Harrington Institute". Dr. Harrington perfected the Six Sigma approach to focus on the entire organization, and when striving for organizational excellence each Six Sigma role must contribute to the total effort every day. Global competition, "Supply Chain Management", virtual business over the Web, outsourcing partnerships, and the necessity to adapt to a challenging economy have battered many companies to the brink of non-existence. Time waits for no one, and only those organizations best adapted to these changing conditions survive in this new world of business. From the optimization of operational efficiencies, to shorter cycle time, to value-added partnerships with premier customers, the philosophy and application of the principles that underlie Dr. Harrington's organizational focused methods are morphing the very nature and culture of the organizations in which we work. Those who embrace organizational focused Six Sigma are in the best position to realize long term success.

Held every month in Orlando, the class is limited to a maximum of sixteen students, since small classes yield the greatest results. And, after just five days you will walk away with Green Belt and Black Belt Certifications - something that most quality professionals can only dream about. We cover the same Six Sigma Body of Knowledge that everyone else does, but then we go even farther with new organizational concepts and "hit-the-ground-running" step action plans. The difference between our five day training camp and other month-long programs is that we do not focus on thirty minute exercises after every concept - instead we focus on team based case studies that makes use of all of the concepts (much more applicable to the work environment). This approach has proven to be more effective for students while saving them an incredible amount of time and money.

At a cost of only $2499 for the entire five days Six Sigma certification produces enormous value.
